1. Use of Website Content
All media, design elements, copy, and trademarks featured on this site are the intellectual property of Steal Shot Aerials, unless otherwise credited. Reproduction, modification, or use of any content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Client Services and Bookings
By hiring Steal Shot Aerials for aerial cinematography or production services, you agree to the terms outlined in our service agreements and/or project proposals. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
2.1 Deposits and Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to secure your shoot date.

Full payment is due upon completion of services or as outlined in your agreement.

We accept payment via credit card, ACH, or other methods approved in writing.
2.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted rate.

Weather delays or airspace restrictions may result in rescheduling. In such cases, deposits will be credited toward the rescheduled shoot.
3. Footage Ownership & Licensing
3.1 Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed, all raw aerial footage and final edited content remain the property of Steal Shot Aerials.
3.2 Licensing Terms

Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use final deliverables for the purposes outlined in their agreement (e.g., commercial, film, social media).

Use of footage outside the original project scope (e.g., resale, sublicensing, or broadcast) requires written approval and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
3.3 Credit Requirements
For film and broadcast projects, we ask that “Aerial Cinematography by Steal Shot Aerials” be credited where appropriate.
